Certification Process

The Veterans Services Team at Bellevue University will certify your enrollment after verifying your degree program or certificate program is approved for VA Education Benefits*

  • The Veterans Services Team will submit enrollment information for all eligible enrolled students within 7 business days of the class/session start date.
  • For Chapter 30 (Montgomery) Active-Duty students the Veterans Services Team will submit enrollment certifications on or after the first day of class/term start.
  • For Post 9/11 students: This initial certification will not include tuition and fees. This will allow students to receive their book stipend and monthly housing allowance if applicable, in a reasonable amount of time. Tuition and fees will be submitted in a second certification during the second week of class after the class/session start date. This will prevent the necessity for amended certifications due to any tuition assistance funds posting to the account as well as drop/add enrollment activity.
