From your financial aid portal, add the "Grants Only" document by selecting documents on the left-hand side. Look for the "Grants Only" document in the drop-down menu then click "New". - Certificate & Release for Students Enrolled at Other Institution - Co-Enrollment Form

Forms for financial aid are now online accessible in the "Documents" section of your financial aid portal. The 'Documents' area will contain any forms that we are requesting you to complete.
