This article details how to update your contact information within BRUIN. However, personally identifiable information, such as names, date of birth, or social security number, must be updated by submitting a request directly to Student Records. To do so, please submit your name, the reason for your request, and any supporting documentation (marriage license, driver's license, birth certificate, court documentation, etc.) by email to [email protected].

How to update personal contact information in BRUIN



1 - Login into BRUIN at HTTPS://BRUIN.BELLEVUE.EDU.
2 - Click the PROFILE tile.

3 - Select PERSONAL DETAILS, CONTACT DETAILS, or ADDRESSES from the Profile menu, depending on what information you would like to view or update.
NOTE: Your STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS can be found under CONTACT DETAILS.

4a - To add a new item (i.e. email address, phone number, home address), click the "+" button located underneath that category.

4b - To add a new MAILING ADDRESS, click the ADD MAIL ADDRESS button on the ADDRESSES page.

5 - Fill in the appropriate fields and then click SAVE.

6 - To update an entry, click directly on the specific item you would like to change.

7 - Make the desired changes, then click SAVE.

8 - To delete an entry, click directly on the specific item you would like to remove.

9 - Click the DELETE button.

10 - Click the YES button to confirm your action.
