Handshake is our online job board which gives employers the opportunity to post their open positions themselves. All Bellevue University students and alumni are registered to our job board.

If your company is already in Handshake:
Your Company name pull up based on the domain of your email address. You can search for the company name if it doesn’t appear automatically. You will be able to click “request” in the top right corner of the box displayed to connect. If your company has “auto-approve staff” enabled,
If your company is new to Handshake:
Click on the option to “Create New Company” on the right side of the screen and follow the prompt to create an account.
Additional Information:
Employer Approvals and job postings are typically approved by a Career Services Staff member within two business days given all necessary information is provided.
