BRUIN Support Services

Students can contact BRUIN Support Services in a number of ways with technical, financial, or general support questions.

  • Phone: Dial 1.800.756.7920 or 402.293.2000, then select Option 0. Phones are staffed 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Central Time).
  • Walk In: You can visit us on the Main Campus at the OneStop Welcome Center. It is located on the ground floor of the John B. Muller Administrative Services Building (812 Bruin Blvd. Bellevue, NE 68005 -- Click here for a campus map). Open hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central Time), Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time) on Fridays.

BRUIN Support Services provides assistance on a wide range of topics to students, faculty, and staff. The team is located inside the OneStop Welcome Center and can help with financial-related issues, transcript-related concerns, and technical support. Additionally, students can use the available meeting rooms to meet with their Enrollment Counselors or Student Coaches.
