The Betz Road complex is less than a block from Main Campus in Bellevue, Nebraska, just to the south. Students will enjoy the amenities and features of these four-bedroom, 2 bath units, opened in 2017. Primary placement is afforded to first and second year students.

All housing agreements are the duration of three academic terms (August-June), some summer options may be available.

An annual $300 Housing Fee will cover the cost of administrative processing, regular cleaning, and incidentals for unit turnover.
